Please read this document carefully before using the gravit8 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the gravit8 platform — including the website, mobile app and related services — you automatically accept and agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the gravit8 platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who reside in regions where use of this service is not prohibited by local law. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Account Creation and Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to register only one account on the gravit8 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. gravit8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. gravit8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
Use a strong, unique password for your gravit8 account.
Log out of your account when you are done, especially on shared devices.
Contact support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

User Rules & Responsibilities

As a gravit8 platform user, you agree to abide by all applicable usage rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the freezing of associated funds:

Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian or international law.
Using automation software, bots or any tools designed to manipulate the betting or casino systems.
Transferring funds between user accounts for the purposes of money laundering or fraud.
Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other users.

Gravit8 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to relevant authorities where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gravit8 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept payment in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by users through their financial service providers.

Deposit

Deposits can be made via available payment methods, including FPX (online bank transfer) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. A minimum deposit amount may apply and is subject to limits set at the time of the transaction. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account promptly, though processing times may vary depending on your banking service provider.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are subject to gravit8's verification process. Funds will only be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, or to a method verified under the registered user's name. gravit8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending identity verification where required. Any taxes, duties or charges imposed by third parties are solely the user's responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers — including the Welcome Bonus — are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Wagering requirements, maximum limits, validity periods and eligible games may vary between offers. Users are responsible for understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus.

Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property Rights

Limitation of Liability

The gravit8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties. gravit8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, technical disruptions, unauthorised access due to user negligence, or platform unavailability due to maintenance or external outages.

Account Suspension and Closure

Gravit8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems. In such cases, gravit8 also reserves the right to freeze funds in the relevant account pending completion of the investigation. Decisions regarding account closure are final and at the sole discretion of management.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gravit8 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software and interfaces — is the exclusive property of gravit8 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or repurpose any such content without prior written consent from gravit8.

Third-Party Links

Where the gravit8 platform contains links to third-party websites or services, such links are provided for informational purposes only. gravit8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Gravit8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that have been made.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, please stop using the platform and contact us to arrange account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the gravit8 platform shall be resolved in accordance with procedures established by management, subject to the appropriate jurisdiction.
